“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

—Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

I believe that every person has inherent worth and is on a journey of healing, growth, and love. We all come with our own unique challenges and strengths. However, there may have been things that have made life not okay for you and that has brought on a layer of challenges that are heavy to hold alone. My commitment as a therapist is to meet individuals, couples, and families in their process of making sense of the mysteries and difficulties in which we find ourselves and to offer encouragement, comfort, and hope.

In our work together, I provide a space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-sensitive for you to share your stories as I journey alongside you with a holistic and collaborative approach. I can support you in your exploration of some of your deeper emotions and thought patterns, as they relate to both your past and present experiences.

If you would like to learn more about how therapy works and how I can support you, please feel free to connect with me. Using the link on this page, you can book a session or a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if I may be the right therapist for you. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I would be happy to help you find the right therapist for you.
