3. Strategies to Manage Stress 🪴

🧘🏼‍♀️ Practice Mindfulness: If you’ve never practiced mindfulness there are several different ways to do so. Download the Calm or Headspace app to learn different breathing and meditation techniques. If this isn’t your cup of tea, try colouring, journalling or even painting.

🏋🏼‍♀️Engage in Physical Activity: Try to get a minimum of thirty minutes doing some form of physical activity. For those of you who already go to the gym or are active, try a new sport or yoga class!

💇🏽Prioritize Self-Care: It can be hard to balance several different tasks into a day. Try to prioritize what makes YOU happy. Whether this includes doing skin care, shopping, getting a haircut or getting a massage pencil it in. You deserve it!

🫂Reach out for Support: Getting support is essential when it comes to mental health and stress. Reach out to a close friend, family or someone you trust that you can speak to. There are other options available such as therapy or visiting your doctor to get additional support.
