About Asma

As a former physician, I have often been captivated by the complexities of human behaviour and the underlying mechanisms driving our actions and emotions. While I found medicine to be immensely rewarding, it was the psychological aspects of patient care that truly resonated with me. I became increasingly fascinated by the intricate connections between mind and body, and I recognized how addressing mental health issues could greatly enhance overall well-being. This realization led me to pursue a new direction: exploring the profound impact of mental health on our lives and supporting those struggling within this area.

I offer a holistic approach, providing assistance and guidance that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs. To address your concerns, I use a range of strategies, including solution-focused and strength-based approaches, among others. My goal is to enhance your overall well-being and personal fulfillment through empathetic and practical aid.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, know that you are not alone – I am here to offer support and understanding as you navigate your challenges. Feel free to reach out to explore how we can work together to address your needs. Even if we are not the right fit, I am committed to helping you find the right therapist for you.
