About Seema

I believe every individual has the strength to overcome life’s challenges, even when that strength feels hard to find. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexity of life’s challenges, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT. Together, we work to identify patterns that hold you back, reconnect with your values, and cultivate self-compassion. My role is not to fix you but to empower you to discover your resilience and build the life you desire. Your story matters, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Drawing on my own life experiences and challenges, I provide relatable support while using evidence-based approaches, to empower clients in overcoming struggles, building resilience, and fostering personal growth in mental health, relationships, and beyond.

Life is full of challenges, and seeking support is a courageous step. As a therapist, I approach every client with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective. My own experiences have shaped my ability to connect with and support individuals facing a wide range of struggles. You can book a session on our site or book a free 15-minute phone consultation. I’d be honored to support you on your journey and look forward to connecting with you.

Seema’s Story

My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my personal experiences with life’s challenges. In childhood, I faced adversity that helped me develop resilience and empathy. As an adult, I’ve navigated experiences of loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges that deepened my understanding of the complexities of human struggles. These experiences have taught me that everyone deserves the opportunity for growth, healing, and second chances.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied and practiced pharmacy, where I supported individuals in their health journeys. Over time, I realized my true calling was to provide deeper emotional support and walk alongside others in their path toward healing. This led me to pursue a second master’s degree in counselling psychology and dedicate myself to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients can explore their stories and take meaningful steps toward the lives they envision for themselves.

As I walked alongside others in their health journeys, I realized my calling lay in providing deeper emotional support. This led me to pursue a second master’s degree in counselling psychology and dedicate myself to helping people heal and grow. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but I want you to know that I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can explore your challenges and move toward the life you deserve.

Therapy with Seema

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other in a safe, non-judgmental space. We’ll explore who you are, what’s happening in your life, and the challenges that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll clarify your hopes and goals for our work. Moving forward, I’ll walk alongside you with warmth and care as we work toward the changes and healing you’re seeking.
