About Tim

I believe each person coming in for therapy has all the skills and abilities to help through the concerns that are in need of being addressed. As a therapist I see it as a privilege to work alongside you as we uncover and strengthen these skills. I like to focus on seeing things from your perspective and then from that place become a guide to look at the parts of you that might be preventing you from reaching your goals.

I provide a space for you to express your perspectives and reflect on your experiences without judgement. There are times when we feel stuck because one part of us wants one thing and another part wants something different. When we look at what each of those parts want and why they think it’s important we can find new strategies to become unstuck and find new ways forward.

I would be happy to talk more about what you’re experiencing and how I might be able to support you with reaching your goals. Feel free to look at my webpage, give me a call or send me an email. We can also book a quick 15min chat as well.

Therapy with Tim

When we start working together you can ask me any questions about me and we can discuss what you are experiencing. We’ll talk a little about any background information and who and what is important to you. We will talk about your goals for therapy and then start the process of working towards making those goals happen.
