I believe people often seek therapy to gain a deeper understanding of their current circumstances and to reclaim some control in their lives, especially when they feel lost or overwhelmed. Many individuals I work with are navigating anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from others and perhaps themselves. They often carry a harsh inner critic within and feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, which they wish to change. My aim is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where together we can explore your personal experiences, build self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.
I offer a welcoming and supportive space where we can explore your emotions, thoughts, patterns, and challenges in a client-centred way. Working collaboratively, I support my clients to build greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and coping toolkits that can equip them to better face their anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.

Nesli’s Story
My journey toward becoming a therapist grew from an empathetic part of myself, as well as from my curiosity to make meaning of life experiences. Drawing on my professional experience and personal life, I’ve been able to see how easy it is to become overwhelmed or to feel a sense of loneliness and disconnection from the world. I’ve seen how this can lead to feelings of distress, but I’ve also seen how
therapy can help. Working closely with individuals dealing with unique life transitions and challenges has shown me the importance of being seen and feeling heard, without having to be “louder” in voicing concerns, and sometimes simply by sitting together with uncomfortable emotions in a safe space. Becoming a therapist has been a natural path for myself, where I can combine empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support others in having a safe space where they truly belong. This is what I strive to provide every day for each one of my clients, offering them a tailored approach according to their particular needs.
