A Big Month for Our Therapy Team in Ontario at Building Bridges Psychotherapy
July has been one for the books at Building Bridges Psychotherapy. From a brand-new location to a summer picnic full of sunshine, here’s a look back at how our therapy team in Ontario grew & connected.
Hello, Burlington! Building Bridges Psychotherapy Is Opening Its 9th Location in Ontario
We’re thrilled to share that BB Therapy will be opening in Burlington… Our ninth location across Ontario! We celebrated with a grand opening at Celebrate Wellness, hosted by AGLS Medical Clinic, on Wednesday, July 15th.
Our therapists spent the day connecting with the Burlington community, answering questions about therapy, and sharing more about the mental health support BB offers across Ontario. Founder Justin The Therapist also took the stage to talk about what this next chapter means for BB and for Burlington.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We can’t wait to grow alongside this community and welcome new clients looking for compassionate, accessible therapy in Burlington.
Summer Picnic at Kelso Conservation Area
Our BB Summer Picnic at Kelso Conservation Area was one for the memory books. Between Halo Ball, obstacle courses, badminton, card games, and bubbles, it was a day full of laughter and friendly competition.
We loved having family and friends join in on the fun, and a surprise ice cream treat wrapped up our sunny Saturday just right. Moments like these are a reminder of how much we value connection – not just with our clients, but within our own therapy team in Ontario.

Here’s to a team we couldn’t feel luckier to have.
Heading Back to School? Use Your Therapy Benefits Before They Reset
If you’re a university student, most student insurance plans reset on September 1st, which makes late summer the perfect time to use what’s left of this year’s coverage. If therapy has been on your mind, now is a great time to get started before your benefits cycle renews.
