About Alia

In life, we take many paths. Some are smooth and effortless, while others are rough and challenging. Sometimes, on a path of difficulty, we start to lose sight of our goals, loved ones, and the connection to our inner selves. On the surface, it may feel like we do not have the strength to get through these hardships. But I believe that we can find it within ourselves to forge new pathways towards happiness. Therapy is an empowering experience which can help you grow into the person you want to be. It is a place where we can work through your emotions, thoughts and feelings to find your full potential.

I see therapy as a meaningful and transformative journey. Every journey is unique, and it is my job as a therapist to create a space that is safe and judgment-free. With my clients, I look at past and present issues to help resolve inner conflict. I use a strength-based approach to work collaboratively with my clients to find and develop new ways to cope.

The most rewarding part of being a psychotherapist is watching people make a difference in their lives. No matter how small or big the change is, I want to help you grow into your authentic self. For more, please feel free to call or email me. You can also book a free 15 minute phone consultation on this site, as well as book a session. Looking forward to hearing from you!
