I believe that we all have the capacity for personal growth and change. I align with a humanistic approach to healing: that we are striving toward better and more fulfilling lives. I believe we have within ourselves a treasure trove of resources that can help us grow. Helping my clients tap into their inner resources and sources of strength and seeing them continuously work on themselves is both rewarding and empowering. It reminds them that even in the face of external challenges and internal struggles, hope can exist.

In our work together, I strive to continually help you cultivate your own resilience, inner strength, and self-compassion, as well as harness your determination towards living a fulfilling life. I am both humbled and honoured to be part of your journey.

I provide a safe, supportive, caring, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore and address their deeper emotions and gain insights to issues standing in the way of their personal growth. My hope is that you feel heard, accepted, respected and worthy. By working collaboratively, I can help you achieve your therapeutic goals, get unstuck from your negative thoughts and feelings, and find strategies and tools that you can integrate in your daily life to help you move forward with greater clarity and resilience. I also believe that an integrative approach to therapy is important because each client is unique and comes from a different cultural background. The modalities that I often utilize are Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt, Family Systems, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
