It takes great strength and courage to acknowledge our struggles and to reach out for support and guidance. I believe you are far more than your problems and concerns: you have passions, hobbies, talents, strengths, and much more, all of which are essential to who you are. My desire is to really get to know you and help you create meaningful change in your life, while also recognizing and building on your strengths. I want to emphasize that we are not working towards “fixing” anything about you; rather, we are working towards changes that meet your specific goals and needs, whether within your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, perspectives, or relationships.


I strive to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment, where your authenticity is celebrated. I believe it is important to work collaboratively, in order to empower you to take an active role in the therapy process and to ensure that our work together is meeting your needs. In fact, I encourage honest feedback about our work so that, if needed, we can adjust our approach accordingly. This is your mental health journey, and I am here to support and guide you through it!
