About Sarah

As a compassionate therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I offer support to individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and parenthood. I also work with families, children, and youth, providing a safe space to explore emotional well-being, manage stress, and build stronger connections. I help clients of all ages address anxiety, depression, and life transitions, fostering resilience and healthy coping strategies throughout life’s milestones.

I provide a non-judgemental and supportive space for my clients that emphasizes collaboration and respect. I use structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused methods to help you tap into your strengths and move forward with confidence.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you’re not alone in this journey. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing challenges, or seeking growth, I’m here to help. I offer a 15-minute free consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for how we can work together. Reach out through email, phone, or my webpage—I’m here when you’re ready to take that first step toward positive change.

Sarah’s Story

As a registered psychotherapist, I bring not only professional expertise but also a deep understanding of life’s complexities. I’m a daughter, a friend, a mother, a wife—most importantly, I’m a human who values connection. My journey into this field was shaped by my own experiences with mental health challenges. I vividly remember the struggles I faced when I didn’t have the tools or knowledge I do now, and how isolating that time felt.

My mission is simple: to ensure that no one has to go through tough times alone. We all navigate life’s ups and downs, and my goal is to be a compassionate guide along the way, providing support, understanding, and theoretical knowledge when it’s needed most.

Therapy with Sarah

In our first session I will ask a lot of questions to get a better understanding of you and your circumstances, then together we will go into great depth about your main concerns before collaborating on your goals for therapy. Afterwards, we will work toward these goals together.
