About Cheryl-Anne

I believe there’s strength and potential in every person, even when life feels overwhelming. I’m here to help individuals, couples, and families find healing, connection, and growth. I see each of my clients as unique, shaped by their experiences and relationships. My approach isn’t about “fixing” but about uncovering your strengths and creating hope, even in times when it feels out of reach. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and dynamics that impact your well-being, so you can move forward feeling empowered and supported.

I offer a compassionate, understanding space where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and create practical steps to help you feel more empowered and less overwhelmed, especially when you’re navigating difficult emotions, relationships, or feeling stuck in life’s challenges.

For more details on my approach to individual, couples, or family therapy, feel free to visit my webpage. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. You can also schedule a session or book a free 15-minute consultation online. If we’re not the best fit, I’d be glad to assist you in finding the right therapist for your needs.

Therapy with Cheryl-Anne

In our first session, we’ll focus on three things: 1) I’ll learn about you—your background, life, and key relationships. 2) We’ll explore your main concerns in depth. 3) Together, we’ll create a list of therapeutic goals to work towards. My priority is to ensure this is a safe, comfortable space for you to talk openly as we move forward together.

Cheryl-Anne’s Story

My journey to becoming a therapist is one filled with personal challenges—mental health struggles, a broken family, illness, abuse, and bullying. Yet, how I found my path is a story of beauty and purpose. I never realized growing up that my deep compassion for others could be a career. I used to wonder, ‘How could this ever be useful?’ While saving money for a trip, I began working at a therapist’s office. There, my relationships with the therapists and clients blossomed. Their encouragement led me to pursue psychotherapy, despite my undergrad being in art. Unsure if the doors would open for me, I took a leap—and found success, thriving in ways I never imagined. Today, that journey reminds me daily why I do this work.”
