An Update to Our Session Rates

We hope you’re settling into the fall season with some moments of rest and reflection. As always, we’re so grateful to be part of your mental health journey! We shared an important update in our email newsletter on October 16, 2025 about our session rates. If you didn’t receive it, you may have unsubscribed or your subscription settings may need updating. To stay in the loop on important announcements and news from our team, SUBSCRIBE HERE. For many years, we’ve maintained our session rate at $180. Over the past several years, however, the costs of running our practice - such as rent, staff, software, and utilities - have continued to rise. While we’ve worked hard not to become just another added expense in your life, we’ve made the decision to adjust our rate to $190 per hour, effective November 1st, 2025. 1. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW LOCATION! We are so excited to announce our new office in Markham, conveniently located near Highways 404 and 407 at 115 Apple Creek Blvd, ON, L3R 6C9. To find a therapist who works at this location, check our website. We have not just one, but two Markham rooms with large windows overlooking the beautiful Rouge River!!  Additionally, for the first time, we have our very own BB Therapy waiting area! At our other wonderful locations, we have shared waiting rooms with other businesses, so we are thrilled that this reception space will be decorated with our warm and inviting BB style!  We appreciate your patience as complete Phase 2 of the decorating process! We've had so many fond memories working with our fantastic clients for the past two years. But now it's time to move to an even better location in Vaughan with nicer rooms!
