Building Bridges Psychotherapy: Halfway Through 2026 as a Therapy Team In Ontario
Take a look at how Building Bridges Psychotherapy has been giving back, growing together as a therapy team in Ontario, and staying connected…
We showed up for two causes close to our hearts. As a proud sponsor of the Walk for Alzheimer’s in Mississauga Valley Park, we set up a team booth and joined in on a beautiful walk through the trails.

We also sponsored Cars for a Cause, a Windsor-Essex based mental health fundraising event that brings the car community together to raise awareness and funds for Windsor-Essex CMHA. Two of our amazing therapists, Marina and Richie, spoke at the event and got to connect with BB’s Windsor community!
Keeping Our BB Team Connected
As our therapy team in Ontario continues to grow, so does our commitment to staying connected. We celebrated our local BB communities with bowling, board game nights, trivia, and more, creating space for therapists to connect, have fun, and strengthen the relationships that make our team so special.

We’re expanding! As we continue to grow, we’re exploring opportunities to expand into new communities. Some of the communities we’re currently considering include North York, Oakville, Hamilton, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Newmarket, Pickering, and Milton, but nothing is set in stone just yet.
Where would you like to see BB Therapy next? We’d love to hear from you! Your feedback plays an important role as we explore future locations in Ontario.

We’re also excited about what’s ahead, including a new podcast series, more team events that reflect the strong sense of community we value, and new ways to better support and serve you. Stay tuned!
