About Andrew’s Credentials
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a member of the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care. I have a Master’s degree in Pastoral Studies and a PhD in Theological Studies.
About Andrew
I specialize in navigating grief, depression, anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, and religious trauma using a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and Psychospiritual Therapy. By using these modalities and integrating elements of each as needed, I am able to meet my client where they are.
As a psychotherapist with a background in spiritual care, I aspire to help individuals see the sacred light within themselves. I do not listen to my clients to “fix,” to respond, or to debate with them; rather, I listen to provide presence, connection, and support on their journeys.
I offer a calm, judgement-free space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, hopes, and fears. I believe that deep within, you know what hurts, what may be buried, and which direction to go. By listening, learning about you, and being present whether you are sharing, crying, or silent, I can help you find the insight that is already within your heart.
