About Andrew

Are you seeking support to navigate life’s challenges, deepen your relationships, or find healing from past trauma? As a therapist specializing in both individual and couples therapy, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with grief, depression, anxiety, insomnia, life transitions, or religious trauma, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and Psychospiritual Therapy—to guide you toward healing and self-discovery. My approach is flexible and holistic, allowing me to meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.

In couples therapy, I combine proven interventions with personalized assessments, drawing on my training as a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator and in Level Two Gottman Method Couples Therapy. These evidence-based tools help couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and effectively manage conflicts, fostering deeper intimacy and mutual understanding. As a psychotherapist with a background in spiritual care, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I listen not to fix or solve, but to connect—creating a supportive environment where you can find the clarity and insight already within you.

Whether in individual or couples therapy, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and navigate your personal journey toward healing and fulfillment. If you’re ready to take the next step in your emotional or relational well-being, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore the path forward.
