About Angela
If you are feeling overwhelmed by major life changes, such as children leaving home, shifting roles, menopause, divorce, career uncertainty, or grief, you are not alone. These periods of transition can bring up big questions about who you are and what’s next. I believe that supportive relationships and a space to reflect are essential to help you find your footing again, and I would be honoured to hear your story and support you as you rediscover your strengths and move toward the life you hope for.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what matters to you. I often use visual tools to help you notice patterns in your life and relationships, as well as to identify what is working well. With a collaborative and creative approach, we will focus on your strengths and explore small, meaningful steps forward—always at your pace.
You do not need to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you are feeling stuck, lost, or simply curious about what’s possible, I believe change can happen through connection and conversation. If you would like to explore working together, please feel free to book an initial session or a free 15-minute consultation with me, using the links on this page.
Angela’s Story
I have always been curious about human behaviour, which led me to return to school as a mature student to study psychology. I discovered that what I value most is working directly with people, to help them make sense of life’s challenges and move toward what matters most. I know firsthand how therapy can support us through transitions and relationship struggles, and this has been reinforced through my work with clients, where I have seen how powerful it is to have a safe space to grieve, express frustration, deepen self-understanding, grow self-compassion, and find direction—this is exactly why I am committed to this work. I offer a calm, reassuring space where nothing is “too much.” If you are looking for clarity and concrete steps, we can work together to identify your strengths, develop skills, and set goals that feel right for you. Some examples of those I often support include individuals facing grief, anxiety, depression, shifting identities, and changing relationships, as well as those caring for loved ones on their own journeys.
Therapy with Angela
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other: who you are, what life looks like for you, and what has been on your mind. We will talk about what brings you to seek support and explore what you are hoping to get out of therapy. From there, we will begin to shape some goals together and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
