Guelph Office Announcement and Waitlist Option

Hello there! I’d like to share two brief announcements about my practice.

1. Wait List function gets you a sooner appointment.
As my schedule is getting fuller, sometimes my next available appointment is in 2-3 weeks! But that doesn’t mean that you have to wait that long. Now, you can add yourself to the waitlist for any particular day/time that you know you’ll be free, and if I get a cancellation for a time that you indicated you’re available, I can easily book you in! While there’s no guarantee a slot will open up, it’s worked for so many clients these past few weeks!

How do add yourself to the waitlist:
A) check my availability at the contact/book page, and if you notice that you want a sooner appointment than my next availability,
B) book an appointment anyway, just to make sure you have a slot (you can book as many as you want).
C) add yourself to the waitlist for days/times you know you’ll be available (see below). There is no limit when adding yourself to the waitlist.
E) And that’s it! If/when I get an opening and you’re on the waitlist for that specific time slot, I will book you in!

2. Guelph Office is Under Renovations!
It’s been several months since I’ve been able to see clients in my Guelph office. Now, finally some good news! The room I was using belonged to a wonderful veteran therapist that had been practicing in it for over 20 years. Now, she has generously offered to pass it down to my practice! We are so grateful to carry on the torch of offering high-quality therapy services in the Norfolk Healing Arts Centre in Guelph. The landlord has decided to renovate the room, so I will regain access to the Guelph room in about a month! I will let you know as soon as you can book!

BONUS Announcement: Because my practice has been growing so rapidly, I am in the process of hiring highly trained and skilled therapists to provide quality individual, couple, and family therapy! Our new practice is called Building Bridges Psychotherapy, where we believe that healing happens through connection. Check out this video for more information 🙂

That’s it for today. Feel free to follow me on Instagram, like me on Facebook, and connect with me on LinkedIn.
And of course, if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Your therapist,
Justin
