Earlier this month, we gathered with friends, clients, government officials, and team members to celebrate three meaningful milestones: Five years of Building Bridges Psychotherapy The grand opening of our flagship Mississauga location The lead-up to World Mental Health Day What began in 2019 as a single office with one therapist has grown into one of Ontario’s largest psychotherapy practices - now home to 80+ therapists across seven locations. Our new flagship Mississauga location marks an exciting next chapter, with 12 therapy rooms designed to support even more accessible, inclusive, and compassionate care.
