About Conley

“It’s never too late to be the person you want to be” – Diane Nguyen

“There is no secret ingredient, it’s just you” – Po Ping

My hope is to create a comfortable, warm, and exploratory space for you within the therapy room. I aim to work collaboratively with you to explore the underlying perspectives, beliefs, and behaviours that may be contributing to your mental health concerns. Together, we can challenge unhelpful patterns, develop more adaptive and supportive perspectives, and build upon your existing strengths, skills, knowledge, self-awareness, and self-esteem. Through this process, we can work toward helping you live a happier, more fulfilling, and authentic life, where you feel more in control of your mental health and can realize the life you desire!

I am trained to support individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, and I draw from therapeutic approaches like person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and others, tailoring our work together to your needs and preferences.

I am also passionate about exploring imagination and intrusive thoughts, whether in the form of daydreams, fantasies, rich inner worlds, recurring dreams, or patterns of thoughts and feelings that are impacting you. By unpacking and reflecting on these experiences and their meaning, I aim to help you develop greater self-understanding, strength, resilience, coping skills, and inner peace.

Ultimately, regardless of your therapy goals, my aim is to work alongside you to help you understand yourself more deeply, navigate challenges, and move you towards the life you want to live!

If you’re interested in starting therapy together, you can use the booking links on this page, or you can email me at [email protected] with any questions you might have. I’m also happy to negotiate session rates as needed, to make therapy accessible and affordable for you. I’m looking forward to starting our work together!
