BB Therapy Expands to Ottawa: Our New Centretown Therapy Location Is Now Open

We’re so excited to share some big news… BB Therapy has officially opened our 8th location in downtown Ottawa.

Our newest therapy office is located in the heart of Centretown, expanding our ability to support individuals, couples, and families across Ottawa and beyond.

You’ll find our Ottawa therapy office at:

Located just steps from Bank Street, our Centretown space is easily accessible by public transit. There is ample street parking nearby, as well as a parking garage located one block north at Your Independent Grocer on Bank Street.

What to Expect When You Arrive

• When you arrive at the building, take the stairs straight ahead and head up to the third floor, where our office is located.

• Once inside, you’re welcome to settle into our waiting area and take a moment to get comfortable. You can also help yourself to a beverage in our tea area. Clients are invited to check in for their session using the link at the top right of our website. When it’s time for your appointment, your therapist will meet you and bring you into your therapy room.

Our goal is to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and easy to navigate from the moment you arrive.
