Year-End Benefits Reminder & BB Store Launch
What’s New at BB Therapy This Month
As we move into the final months of the year, we’re sharing an important reminder about using your remaining therapy benefits, introducing our new BB Store, and offering a seasonal reflection from one of our therapists.
Use Your Therapy Benefits Before They Expire!
The end of the year can get busy – shorter days, full schedules, and for many, added stress. If you have therapy or insurance benefits that renew annually, now is a great time to use any remaining coverage before it resets.
Booking ahead ensures you can access the support you need while your benefits are still available. Our therapists offer both in-person and online appointments to fit your routine and help you stay grounded as the year winds down.
Introducing the BB Store
We’re excited to share the launch of the BB Store – an intentionally curated collection of items designed to bring moments of comfort, reflection, and grounding into your everyday life.
As part of BB Therapy, one of Ontario’s largest in-person psychotherapy networks, the BB Store extends our mission beyond the therapy room. Mental wellness isn’t just something you work on during a session… it lives in the quiet, ordinary moments of your day.

A Seasonal Reflection from Dana Burlac, MACP, RP (Qualifying)

In this transition from fall’s vibrant release to winter’s introspective hush, therapy becomes a gentle mirror, reflecting the parts of us ready to shed old patterns like brittle leaves. People often arrive carrying the weight of what no longer serves in the form of habits, stories, or fears clung to for safety. Then, they discover that true growth blooms in the pause and in the willingness to rest beneath the surface. As the days shorten and the ground hardens, we learn to nurture the roots unseen: small acts of self-compassion, boundary-setting, and honest reflection that fortify us for spring’s eventual emergence.
This season whispers a therapist’ quiet reminder: change is not a rush to bloom, but a patient tending of the soil within.
Growth often feels like discomfort wearing new skin- tight, unfamiliar, and necessary. Just as autumn asks the trees to let go and winter invites stillness, the process of therapy teaches us to sit with the unease of change. Trusting what feels like loss is the first step toward renewal. As we move toward 2026, may we embrace the seasons of our lives with the same grace nature offers in letting go, slowing down, and preparing for the quiet work of transformation.– Dana Burlac, MACP, RP (Qualifying)
