About Adrian

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I see each client as a whole person shaped by their experiences, relationships, and environment, and I aim to create a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward lasting change. I welcome clients from diverse cultural, religious, and social backgrounds, and approach each person’s experiences with curiosity and respect.

I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients can explore difficult emotions and patterns. Drawing from CBT, DBT, somatic, trauma-informed, and parts-informed approaches, I help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and work towards lasting change beyond short-term relief.

Therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. My goal is to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect, and to move at a pace that feels right for you. If my approach feels like a good fit, I invite you to reach out or book a free 15-minute consultation.

Therapy with Adrian

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. In our first sessions, we’ll spend time understanding what brings you in, the experiences and patterns that may be affecting you, and what you hope to work toward. From there, we’ll work together on practical tools, deeper insight, and strategies that support meaningful, lasting progress at a pace that feels manageable

Adrian’s Story

I’ve always been drawn to roles where I could support others, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference in people’s lives. That interest grew through volunteer and outreach work, where I saw firsthand the impact that connection, consistency, and support can have. Those experiences helped shape my interest in mental health and ultimately led me to study neuroscience and psychology, followed by a Master’s in Counselling Psychology.

As part of my clinical training, I worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including refugees navigating trauma and major life transitions. These experiences strengthened my belief that growth is possible when people feel safe, heard, and understood. Today, I find the most meaning in helping clients gain insight, build confidence, develop practical tools, and feel better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
