We will take things at your pace, beginning with getting to know each other and exploring your unique story. From there, together we will discuss your main concerns and collaboratively develop meaningful goals. And don’t worry—we’ll share plenty of laughs along the way!


Divya’s Story


Throughout my life, I have always been a helper. I find immense joy in talking with and listening to others, and nothing satisfies me more than being able to support someone in need and seeing them smile. As an immigrant to Canada and a woman of colour, I deeply understand the unique challenges we face living in an individualistic culture. Being an older sister has taught me the value of guidance and compassion, while my experience as a proud cat mama has shown me the joy of companionship. In addition, I know what it feels like to be invalidated or unheard, and I want to create a safe, empathetic space for those who feel the same. These experiences have shaped my passion for therapy, inspiring me to empower others to navigate through their struggles and build meaningful connections. My journey into therapy is rooted in my desire to help others find their voices and thrive, fostering resilience, empowerment, and healing within our diverse communities.
