We all have a story to tell that is uniquely ours. As a therapist, I am committed to providing you with a non-judgmental and safe space to tell your story. Whether you are facing a life transition, the effects of trauma, or challenges in your relationships—I want to help you to discover your strengths, embrace self-compassion, and take manageable steps towards your goals.
My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative because I recognize the importance of tailoring to the specific needs, values, and goals of each client. To do this, I draw from cognitive behavioural and emotion focused practices to restructure thoughts and emotions in order to foster healthy relationships with oneself and others. I also use somatic approaches, like mindfulness, to address the ways in which our stress and traumas can dysregulate our bodies. Through strength and solution-focused strategies, I aim to empower clients to develop the confidence and clarity that will help them to overcome any other challenge that may come their way.
