About Krysta

We all have a story to tell that is uniquely ours. These stories can include our positive experiences but also times when we are faced with challenges that can make us feel stressed, overwhelmed, and unmotivated. As a therapist, I am committed to providing you with a non-judgmental and safe space to tell your story. Whether you are facing a life transition, the effects of trauma, or challenges in your relationships—I want to help you to discover your strengths, embrace self-compassion, and take manageable steps towards your goals.

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative because I recognize the importance of tailoring to the specific needs, values, and goals of each client. To do this, I draw from cognitive behavioural and emotion focused practices to restructure thoughts and emotions in order to foster healthy relationships with oneself and others. I also use somatic approaches, like mindfulness, to address the ways in which our stress and traumas can dysregulate our bodies. Through strength and solution-focused strategies, I aim to empower clients to develop the confidence and clarity that will help them to overcome any other challenge that may come their way. Regardless of the path we take, I am here to support you.

If you think I am the right therapist for you, please feel free to reach out to me by booking an initial session using the link on this page. If you have any questions, want information on how therapy works, or want to learn more about how I can support you, you can book a free 15-minute phone consultation. If it turns out that I am not the right fit for you, no worries! I would be more than happy to help you find the right therapist for you.

I look forward to hearing from you!
