About Rafeah

I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous act of self-care, especially when facing the isolation of anxiety, depression, or life’s challenges. I take an intersectional approach to therapy, recognizing that the various aspects of our identity—culture, race, gender, and more—shape our experiences and well-being. Client’s may feel overwhelmed by life’s pressures, uncertain about their path, and in need of a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions. I don’t believe that one singular part of our identity defines us. Instead, I see my clients as whole individuals, and I work alongside them to uncover their strengths, foster growth, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I provide solution-focused, culturally sensitive therapy, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. By exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we uncover the roots of struggles and develop practical strategies for growth and healing, all within a safe, non-judgmental space.

I know the first step in therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re ready to explore how I can support your healing and growth, I invite you to reach out by phone or email. You can also book a session on our site or book a free 15-minute phone consultation. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll gladly help you connect with someone who is.
