About Victoria
There are many reasons you may find yourself considering therapy. You may be hoping to feel more connected to yourself and the relationships that matter to you, navigating a season of change, carrying more than others may realize, or simply wanting to better understand yourself and the patterns showing up in your life. Whatever brings you here, I believe there is value in having a space where your experiences can be explored and held with genuine curiosity and care. I see you as more than the challenges you are facing and hope to understand not only what has been difficult, but who you are, what matters to you, and what you hope might be different.
I take the time to get to know you and understand the experiences, relationships, and circumstances that have shaped your story. As a relational therapist drawing from Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapy, I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what matters to you while keeping your goals and hopes for therapy at the heart of our work.
Taking the first step toward therapy can come with uncertainty, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. If something you’ve read here resonates with you, it would be a privilege to connect. We can begin with what is bringing you here and discover the rest together. Please feel free to book an initial session or free 15-minute consultation through my webpage. You may also reach out by phone or email with any questions you may have.
Therapy with Victoria
In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you and understand what has brought you here. From there, we will discuss your goals for therapy and explore what you hope for from our work together. As therapy continues, our sessions will be an active process of exploring, reflecting, and checking in on where we’re going, allowing our work to grow and shift alongside you.
