About Bryn
I often work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My typical client might be someone who is navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or the unique experiences that come with diagnoses like neurodivergence. They may be longing for a space where they can show up exactly as they are and feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where we can explore your experiences, honour your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from DBT, ACT, CBT, and person-centred therapy to meet each client where they are. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally informed care, recognizing that each person’s experiences, identities, and needs are unique. I frequently support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence, including autism. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself, and can better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop tools to move toward the life you want. I also believe there is an important place for humour in therapy—sometimes a little laughter can help create connection, ease difficult moments, and remind us that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
If you have any questions or would like to connect, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can book a session directly using the links on this page, or schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with me. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and even if we aren’t the right fit, I’d be happy to help you find someone who is.
Bryn’s Story
Becoming a therapist has been a goal close to my heart for as long as I can remember. Growing up with an awareness of mental health sparked my curiosity and passion for understanding people and their experiences. Over time, this passion grew into a career dedicated to helping others feel heard, supported, and empowered. I feel incredibly grateful to be doing the work that I have always felt called to.
