About Craig

No matter how stuck things may feel, I believe there is always a way forward. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions who may feel overwhelmed or weighed down by self-doubt. I also support couples and families in healing, growing, and reconnecting with one another. I don’t see clients as being broken or needing to be fixed, but rather as unique individuals shaped by their experiences and relationships. I hold onto hope for you, even when it’s hard to find that hope yourself. Together, we can make sense of what’s been hard and move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned.

I provide a calm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and gain deeper insight. I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build coping and emotional regulation skills, understand different parts of themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop practical steps to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially when things already feel heavy. If something here resonates with you, you’re welcome to book a session with me or schedule a free 15-minute consultation. If I’m not the right fit, I’d be glad to help you find support that feels right for you.

Craig’s Story

After experiencing health challenges and multiple surgeries at a young age, I was faced with navigating significant life transitions and adapting to a new sense of normal. During that time, I sought out therapy, which became a meaningful space for support, understanding, and healing. Those experiences stayed with me and shaped how I moved through my formative years into adulthood. As I continued on my own journey, I developed a strong desire to support others through their own challenges, which led me to pursue a career as a psychotherapist. Becoming a therapist has been both a personal and professional calling. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to better understand ourselves and our own experiences, patterns, and ways of coping, so we can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.

Therapy with Craig

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand who you are, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping for, moving forward. Together, we’ll also identify goals that feel meaningful to you. In subsequent sessions, we’ll work collaboratively toward those goals, using both structured and open-ended approaches to support growth, insight, and lasting change, moving at your pace.
