About Erin

My heart is for those who are overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, struggling, and disconnected. Your story has made you who you are, but it doesn’t have to define your future. I believe you are the expert on your experience and my role is to help you find yourself again.

Through empathic listening, gentle questions, highlighting strengths, and sharing insights I support those longing to build a deeper connection with themselves and others, to understand why they feel and behave the way they do, and to learn new ways to be.

If something in you is saying it’s time, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey. You are welcome to reach out. Feel free to use the link on this page to book a first session with me. You can also book a free 15-minute phone consultation. Looking forward to our work together!

Therapy with Erin

I tailor virtual therapy sessions to your unique needs, drawing from an integrative mix of CBT, ACT, EFT, Narrative, and Mindfulness-Based tools. Together we can explore the barriers you face and the unique strengths within you to build resilience and hope. With tools to soothe distress, you can be freer to move toward your values.

Erin’s Story

During my years working with survivors of intimate partner violence, I developed a passion for supporting people through their personal journey of growth and healing. As a mother of four teens and young adults with ADHD and ASD, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families understand neurodiversity and learn to flourish. Also, having been married for over 20 years, I have lived experience navigating relationship struggles.
