About Jessica
I know what it feels like to be the client – vulnerable yet hopeful, handing someone else the deepest parts of yourself. Whatever challenge you are facing, I am here to offer a compassionate and safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow. Therapy is your time to focus on what matters most. Together we can uncover your strengths and work towards meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the first step, I am here to support you.
I help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, PTSD, emotional regulation, boundary-setting, navigating life transitions, stress, obsessions and compulsions, and burnout. I use an eclectic approach to meet your unique needs and goals.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and can feel daunting. I’m here to meet you where you are and make your journey feel more manageable. I believe in creating a warm and collaborative space where you feel safe to share your story. No matter what you’re facing, I’ll work with you to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
Jessica’s Story
My own journey with therapy was transformative, and it inspired me to create that same safe, compassionate space for others. As a client you are handing someone else the deepest parts of yourself. I want to be the person clients can trust to help them carry their burdens, navigate their challenges, and uncover strengths they may not see in themselves. Our experiences and environments can cloud our view of our potential, and I became a counselor to help people grow in ways they may not have imagined possible.
