About Jessica
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. You might wonder if it will help, if it’s worth it, or if anyone will truly understand you. I know what it’s like to sit in the client’s chair, feeling vulnerable yet hopeful, sharing the deepest parts of yourself while navigating the uncertainty of what comes next. My own experience shapes how I show up for you—with compassion, openness, and a commitment to creating a space where you can truly be yourself.
My approach is eclectic and flexible, drawing from CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, EFT, and many other approaches. I work with clients of all ages who are facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, eating disorders, grief, OCD, and more.
You won’t get the stone-faced therapist from TV here. I’ll connect with you on a human level—warm, approachable, and nonjudgmental—because healing happens when we’re real together. Moving at your own pace, we’ll build a safe, collaborative space where you can explore, grow, and move toward a life and version of yourself that feels authentic.
Jessica’s Story
My own journey with therapy was transformative, and it inspired me to create the same kind of safe, compassionate space for others. As a client, you are vulnerably handing someone else the deepest parts of yourself, and I want to be someone people can trust to help them carry their burdens, navigate their challenges, and uncover strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Our experiences and environments can often cloud our view of our own potential, and I became a therapist to help people grow in ways they may not have otherwise imagined possible.
