About Jessica
I know what it feels like to be the client: vulnerable, yet hopeful, handing someone else the deepest parts of yourself without knowing what might happen next. Whatever challenges you are facing, I am here to provide a compassionate and safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow. Therapy is your time to focus on what matters most, and together we can uncover your strengths and work towards meaningful change. If you are ready to take the first step, I am here to support you.
I use an eclectic approach to help meet your unique needs and goals, offering a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe to share your story. I support clients in managing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, PTSD, emotional regulation, boundary-setting, life transitions, stress, obsessions and compulsions, and burnout.
Reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, and it can feel daunting. However, I am here to meet you exactly where you are, and to help make your journey more manageable, so please reach out for a consultation or session whenever you are ready. No matter what you are facing, I will work with you to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
Jessica’s Story
My own journey with therapy was transformative, and it inspired me to create the same kind of safe, compassionate space for others. As a client, you are vulnerably handing someone else the deepest parts of yourself, and I want to be someone people can trust to help them carry their burdens, navigate their challenges, and uncover strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Our experiences and environments can often cloud our view of our own potential, and I became a therapist to help people grow in ways they may not have otherwise imagined possible.
