About Nathalie

It can be difficult to be vulnerable and share the details of your life with another person. This is why I believe that it is a great privilege to learn about the lives and challenges of my clients. Getting to know my clients and their stories allows me to collaborate with them on their therapeutic goals. No matter what you are bringing into therapy, I will walk alongside you in your journey to healing and self-discovery. I am committed to empowering my clients to make positive changes in their lives and achieve their therapeutic goals.

I utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I will collaborate with you to achieve your goals in therapy while holding space for all feelings, concerns, and challenges. My eclectic approach ensures that my clients feel supported, safe, and empowered by combining solution-focused strategies with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. I am looking forward to supporting you in therapy as you embark on your healing journey! If you are interested in working with me on your therapeutic goals, you are also welcome to book an initial session with me on this page. You can also book a free 15-minute phone consultation if you have any questions.

Therapy with Nathalie

Therapy with me is a collaborative and relational process. My hope is to empower my clients to identify habits and patterns that may be holding them back and to use their existing strengths to overcome barriers. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to thrive in.

Nathalie’s Story

When I was in high school, I struggled with depression. The support I received from mental health professionals at that time (and in the following years) made all the difference in my life and what I have been able to accomplish. This inspired me to pursue social work in graduate school so that I would be able to connect with people who wanted support with their mental health.
