About Nathalie

It can be difficult to be vulnerable and to share the details of your life with another person; this is why I consider it a great privilege to learn about the lives and challenges of my clients. However, getting to know my clients and their stories also enables us to effectively work together on their therapeutic goals. No matter what you are bringing into therapy, I will walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery—I am committed to empowering you to make positive changes in your life and achieve your own goals.

I utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy, where I collaborate with you to achieve your goals while holding space for all of your feelings, concerns, and challenges. My eclectic approach, which combines solution-focused strategies with cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and narrative therapy techniques, ensures that you will feel supported, safe, and empowered.

I am looking forward to supporting you as you embark upon your healing journey! If you are interested in working with me on your therapeutic goals, you are welcome to book an initial session using the links on this page. You can also book a free 15-minute phone consultation with me if you have any questions, and I would be happy to address them with you.

Therapy with Nathalie

Therapy with me is a collaborative and relational process, within which I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to thrive. My hope is to empower my clients to identify habits and patterns that may be holding them back and to use their existing strengths to overcome barriers to well-being.

Nathalie’s Story

When I was in high school, I struggled with depression. The support I received from mental health professionals at that time (and in the years following) made all the difference in my life and in what I have been able to accomplish. My own experiences in this regard inspired me to pursue social work in graduate school, so that I would be able to connect with and help others who are seeking support with their mental health.
