About Rosamaria

I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and genuinely understood by someone. My role is not to tell my clients who they should be, but to walk alongside them as they discover their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we can create a supportive, collaborative space where meaningful and lasting change can take place.

I tailor my therapy approach to each client’s unique needs using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and strategies, increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and work towards your personal goals.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You are welcome to book a session or a free 15-minute consultation, to see whether we may be a good fit. Even if I am not the right therapist for you, I would be happy to help guide you toward someone who is.

Therapy with Rosamaria

Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and work towards better understanding yourself. We’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges, and celebrate signs of progress along the way. My aim is for you to leave each of our sessions with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

Rosamaria’s Story

I have always possessed a deep-rooted passion for helping people and listening to their stories. As a classroom teacher, I found great meaning in supporting children as they learned, grew, and developed confidence. While I continue to love teaching, I realized that I wanted to support people in a different way, by walking alongside them through life’s most difficult moments and helping them navigate challenges that extend beyond the classroom. Along the way, personal experiences have further deepened my appreciation for the importance of compassionate mental health support. Witnessing the impact that understanding, guidance, and genuine human connection can have during difficult times reinforced my desire to pursue this profession. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to bring together my passion for helping others with my curiosity about the human experience; it is a privilege to support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, gain new perspectives, and move toward a future that feels more hopeful and fulfilling.
