About Theodore

Life’s journey is not an easy one, and no one should have to travel it alone. I am here to accompany you on your path and to help equip you with tools to explore the complexities within you and the world around you. Armed with hope, compassion, and a good sense of humour, I believe that there is no person who is beyond help, and no situation that is insurmountable.

I believe that every person has their own unique story and pain. As a result, I approach each session with a caring and uniquely tailored plan, combining a breadth of models and techniques to adapt therapy to your personal challenges and goals. My main objective is to create an open space where you feel comfortable to explore yourself and your situation, to challenge yourself, and/or to simply talk things out.

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be a very intimidating process, but please know that I am here to welcome you with open arms. To help make that first step a little easier, feel free to book a free 15-minute phone consultation using the link on this page, or you can simply book a session. Even if you feel like you and I are not the right fit, I would be more than happy to help you find the right therapist for you.

Theodore’s Story

It took a while to discover what was truly meaningful for me in life. Jumping from profession to profession, what I have found to be consistent throughout is that connecting to others is my calling. Through my own experiences, I have learned that although we are all different, we all experience suffering, and that suffering can become especially unbearable when faced alone. Now, as a therapist, I aim to be there for anyone who feels stuck, hopeless, and without support, and to give them hope that they can make it through the difficulties of life’s journey!
