About Arushi

I am constantly amazed by the complex ability of the human mind to be resilient, to grow from trauma, and to heal, in similar but individualistic ways. Have you been feeling lonely, overwhelmed, emotional and critical of yourself? Comparing yourself with others and feeling like you’re falling behind no matter what you do? I can understand what you’re going through. You need someone to talk to without feeling dismissed or minimized—someone who truly hears and

understands you. A way to create positive, lasting change to help you heal and grow from whatever is haunting you. Something to help you live life joyously, on your terms, guided by your values and what’s important to you. I’m here to guide & support you as you navigate changes, relationships, culture and the impact of parent wounds.

I use an authentic, easy going, attachment based, and conversational approach, backed by evidence based therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, parts work, CBT, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in working with relationship issues, self-criticism, depression, anxiety, PCOS and fertility, parent wounds, narcissistic abuse and immigrant stress.

Together, we can find a way to process complicated thoughts and emotions, one at a time. You no longer have to face things alone, as I become a part of your support system. I truly believe we all have so much inner power and wisdom, we just need to feel safe and supported enough to give it a voice. If you feel like this resonates, I’d love to hear from you!

Therapy with Arushi

I work well with clients who might be struggling with depression/anxiety related to relationship issues, especially with parents or partners, and those who are self critical. We’d work together to understand the impact of your pain on your life, set achievable goals that you work towards with constant support, and figure out how to build the life you want.
