About Chevieve

People often come to therapy carrying more than they can name – a persistent worry, a low mood, a relationship strain, a mind that feels scattered, or just the weight of trying to keep it all together. As a Registered Social Worker, I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and everyday stress. My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed or stuck, unsure where to start, and wants a space that’s collaborative rather than clinical. I don’t see my role as fixing what’s wrong, but as helping people understand themselves, build practical tools, and reconnect with their own resilience. I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine investment in your goals, wherever you’re starting from.

Therapy with me is a partnership, not a prescription. I draw on strengths-based, collaborative methods to help you make sense of what you are feeling and turn insight into concrete next steps. Whether you feel stuck, weighed down, or simply ready for change, we will figure out what moving forward actually looks like for you.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. If you are curious about whether we might be a good fit, I would welcome the chance to talk it through with you. If it turns out I am not the right therapist for you, I am glad to help point you toward someone who is.

Therapy with Chevieve

In our first session, we will talk about your background, what is bringing you in, and what matters most to you as an individual. From there, we will explore your concerns in depth and set clear, collaborative goals. You are the expert on your own life, so together we will build a plan that reflects what you want, and work toward it at your pace.

Chevieve’s Story

My path to become a therapist started with a fascination for how people think and connect. I grew up in an environment where mental health simply was not talked about, shaped by a cultural stigma that, at the time, felt like the norm. Over time, I came to see that this stigma is not unique to any one culture, and exists at both personal and societal levels globally. Becoming a therapist became my way of opening that door, normalizing mental health, and creating a space where people can share their experiences with confidence instead of shame. That belief still shapes every session I sit in today – people are more than their struggles, and healing happens through connection.
