About Jolie

When you feel like you are drowning, flailing your arms and legs in every direction just to survive, this may be a clear signal that it is time to seek therapy. When life becomes overwhelming and it feels like you can no longer keep yourself afloat, it is not a sign of weakness, but a call for support. I am here to be your life jacket, offering stability, safety, and compassion through the storm. Over time, therapy will help you learn how to swim with confidence; you will begin to understand yourself more deeply, build emotional resilience, and connect with others through establishing healthy boundaries and meaningful relationships. And when the waves rise again, as they sometimes do, you can always return to therapy, and I will be here to support you until you are again strong enough to navigate life’s challenges on your own.

I offer a safe and judgment-free space for you to feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. No matter your past choices or the pain you are carrying, whether from abuse, manipulation, or emotional overwhelm, I will meet you where you are and walk with you. I listen deeply, offer tools for self-exploration, and always find a point of connection with you, whether through your culture, gender, family dynamics, or your unique way of seeing the world.

I believe the world is full of good people who sometimes make hard or painful choices, or who are harmed by the choices of others. Whether you are the one who made the mistake or the one left holding the wound, therapy can help you make peace with your past, choose wisely in the present, and define the future you want. I invite you to use the links on this page to book an appointment or schedule a free 15-minute consultation call with me, where we can have a laid-back conversation together.

Jolie’s Story

Five years ago, I began serving in orphanages in Kenya, and later in prisons, where I witnessed how one genuine interaction could bring hope. Without offering material help, I saw how presence, care, and deep listening could be profoundly healing to those carrying deep regret, hopelessness, and emotional pain. I have supported single mothers who were neglected or widowed, teens who were abandoned by their parents, and young people who survived physical and sexual abuse within their families. These experiences changed my life and gave me a sense of purpose, and I chose to dedicate myself to being a listening ear and a helping hand for anyone in pain. I meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and the desire to understand their unique story. I believe healing happens through connection, and it is my role to learn how you cope, what you carry, and how I can walk alongside you as you heal.
