About Josephine

Sometimes things may seem fine on the outside, but inside they don’t feel fine. I believe we all have an inherent drive to live in true alignment to our core values. I have helped individuals and couples make gentle shifts towards growth and connection, both to themselves and to each other. My clients are often navigating inter-cultural partnerships, or they have the unique experience of growing up as children of immigrants, living in-between two or more cultures. You may be concerned about repeating unhelpful patterns, or may want support to manage difficult emotions and stress. Together, we will figure out what brings you hope, meaning, and empowerment.

My approach is relational and grounded in depth. I believe healing starts with feeling safe, heard, and understood. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space to attune to your story and to explore what has shaped you and what may be keeping you stuck. We will go at your pace, and I’ll work hard to ensure you know that you are not alone.

It’s important that you feel I’m the right person to walk alongside you on your healing journey. You are more than welcome to book a free 15-minute phone consultation to get a better sense of my approach, or to ask any questions you may have. My top priority is to ensure you receive the support you are seeking—I’m here to help.
