About Magie

Have you been feeling sad, anxious, alone, or discouraged? Are you searching for ways to improve the quality of your life and your relationships? Often, we may feel stuck in a place from which we cannot escape. I know how hard and painful this can be, but you don’t have to go through this alone. Reaching out for professional support to navigate your emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges can be life changing. Together, we will walk this journey in a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive space!

I am an integrative therapist who uses various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), but most importantly I tailor my approach according to your unique needs, because I understand that each client is unique. I will help you explore, understand, & deal with your automatic thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns of behaviour, all of which may have been formed during your childhood or past experiences, perhaps in the form of trauma.

For more information on how I do therapy, feel free to view my webpage. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email me. You can also book a session on our site or book a free 15-minute phone consultation. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I would be happy to help you find the right therapist for you!

Therapy with Magie

In our first session, we’ll talk about three things:  1) Background info (e.g., who you are, what your life is like, who’s in your life). 2) Then we’ll go in great depth about your main concerns. 3) Finally, we’ll talk about your goals for therapy: we’ll come up with a list of therapeutic goals that you’re hoping to achieve through therapy. Afterwards, we’ll work towards those goals together!
