About Marlen

When our thoughts get the better of us and we feel overwhelmed, I believe there is always hope to reach the peace for which we all yearn. Through psychotherapy, I support clients struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, identity and relationships. We all have times where we aren’t sure where we stand in our lives and with others and I hope to offer a safe and welcoming space where clients can express and find themselves. We are complex individuals with our own unique stories made up of our experiences. Therapy is an empowering space where we can explore non-judgmentally.

Unravelling your emotions and experiences may seem daunting, but I’m here to support you through it. I offer a calm, supportive, and humor-filled space to look through both past and present experiences. I use a strength-based model to help you discover what you need to be who you want to be.

If you’d like to learn more about how therapy works and how I can support you please feel free to reach out to me. We can book a 15 minute consultation to get us started. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I would be happy to help you find the right therapist for you.
