About Natasha

I believe individuals are resilient and that once we connect with something meaningful, our lives become brighter and our self-worth increases. I have supported individuals in experiences such as exploring their communication styles, developing boundaries and learning to take steps towards the person they want to be. I can appreciate the impact that trauma and relationships have on our well-being, and I understand that each person has their own perspective and lived experiences. My goal is to help my clients feel empowered so that they can improve the quality of their lives!

I provide a nonjudgemental, supportive space where individuals have the opportunity to delve into challenges and topics they want more insight into. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, where clients drive the conversation and we work together to develop skills and strategies to help them move forward and improve their mental health.

Therapy with Natasha

In our sessions, we’ll first discuss some background information and establish therapeutic goals you would like to achieve. We’ll take time to go into depth about your concerns, explore deeper emotions, and we’ll ensure the sessions are a safe space for you to express sentiments that may be difficult to share with others in your life.

Natasha’s Story

Cliche as it is, I’ve always been the type to want to help others. Whether it was through physically helping someone or lending a listening ear to my loved ones, I enjoy the opportunity to be there for someone in need. And as a bookworm who loves to read, I find it fascinating to learn more about the various ways that individuals can view the same situation from different perspectives, based on their personal experiences.

It’s incredible how much you can learn about someone from just listening or sitting with them, and sometimes it can be exactly what they need… just someone to listen and not judge. I came to the realization that, as a Psychotherapist, I could offer a safe, non-judgemental space to others, where individuals would be able to express themselves without fear. I’ve been able to sit with individuals, encourage them, listen to their stories, and offer support, depending on their needs. I don’t believe there’s anything else I’d rather spend my life doing.
