About Nidhi

I believe that each individual has the capacity for growth through self-awareness and acceptance. I have supported individuals to recognize their optimal potential, develop and maintain healthy meaningful relationships, while making choices that are in the interest of oneself and others. I help my clients free themselves from disabling assumptions and attitudes so they can live fuller lives.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental environment to facilitate growth and change. I take a culturally sensitive approach and help my clients reach their maximum potential by offering an empathetic and safe therapeutic space. Grounded in the client-centered approach, I believe in holistic healing. I custom tailor my approach for each client by integrating a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Psychodynamic therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

Experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or challenges in relationships and parenting can be overwhelming when dealing with it all by yourself. Seeking professional help can empower you to cope better and regain your self. Let me support you through this and be a companion in your healing journey. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to contact me. You can also book a session or a free 15-minute phone call. I’m looking forward to working together!
