About Richie

As a psychotherapist, I see myself as a facilitator of change and a witness to my clients’ journeys of self-discovery. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and transformation, and I feel honored to accompany my clients on their path towards healing and wholeness. Taking after others who have inspired me, I encourage my clients to step into their power and courageously embrace their vulnerability as a source of strength and connection.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients feel heard, seen, and understood. By listening with compassionate inquiry, I help my clients identify their limiting beliefs, cultivate self-compassion, and develop a growth mindset. While I draw on various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and eclectic approaches, I tailor my approach to each of my client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, with the aim of empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

I’m looking forward to helping you on your journey! Feel free to book an initial session or a free 15-minute phone consultation using the links on this page. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I would be happy to help you find the right therapist for you.
