About Ali
You may be someone who’s tired of feeling like they have to have it all figured out before asking for help. You often spend so much energy looking after everyone else that you’ve forgotten how to care for yourself. You want to understand why you feel the way you do, break patterns that no longer serve you, and feel more at home in your own life. Therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and not judged, rushed, or spoken for. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as we make sense of your story and collaboratively walk through the next steps forward.
I offer a warm, affirming, and judgement-free space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen skills, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. I draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches to support this, in a way that feels authentic to you.
Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect and see whether we might be a good fit to work together.
Therapy with Ali
Therapy with me is REAL, and I’ll meet you where you are. Expect conversations that are thoughtful, honest, and sometimes even sprinkled with humour and finding moments of joy. I’ll gently challenge you when it serves your growth, celebrate your wins, and create a space where every part of you is welcome, even the ones you’ve learned to hide.
Ali’s Story
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a belief that mental health care should feel human. I’ve always been drawn to the complexity of people’s stories and the ways our relationships, identities, and experiences shape us. I have wanted to build a therapeutic space where people feel welcomed as whole human beings. Today, it’s a privilege to support people in making sense of their experiences, navigating life’s challenges, and witnessing them building a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
