About Diane
Maybe you’ve been holding things together for a long time, caring for others, pushing through, or trying to manage something that has become too heavy to carry alone. You may feel overwhelmed, unsure, disconnected from yourself or simply know that something needs to change. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore what you’re going through without judgment or expectations. Together, we’ll discover what you need and find a way forward that feels right for you. Over the years, I’ve held many hands through some of life’s most difficult moments, helping people find their way toward hope, healing and their own sunshine again. I’m ready to walk through this with you.
I use a strength-based, solution-focused approach to help you recognize what you already bring to the process and build from there, while finding practical ways to move forward. Together, we’ll explore your goals, develop strategies that work for you, and draw from therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs, experiences and relationships.
After more than 23 years of caring for people through many of life’s challenges, I know that reaching out isn’t always easy. Whatever you’re carrying, you can bring it with you—without fear of judgment. What matters most is helping you find the support that’s right for you, whether that’s with me or somewhere else. I encourage you to reach out and let’s talk.
Therapy with Diane
When we work together, I want to understand you as a whole person—not just what you’re struggling with. We’ll look at parts of your life that may be connected, including your emotional and physical well-being, relationships, experiences, culture, spirituality and sense of meaning. From there, we’ll work toward your goals, using approaches and strategies that fit who you are and what you need.
Diane’s Story
My journey to becoming a therapist grew naturally from more than 23 years as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my career in mental health, I came to understand that each person is made up of many interconnected parts — their emotional and physical well-being, relationships, experiences, culture, spirituality, values and sense of meaning. Understanding how these parts come together helps me see and support you as a whole person. This belief in holistic healing led me to pursue advanced psychotherapy education and become a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist. My approach is also shaped by life experience and an appreciation for Indigenous, Celtic and Christian traditions. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and spirituality has a place in therapy when meaningful to the person. I consider it a privilege to sit beside someone, learn their story and walk with them as they find their own way toward healing, connection and hope.
