About Jasmine

Finding the right therapist can be a daunting and intimidating process. This is why I appreciate the strength and courage that it takes to reach out for help. I also admire the ambition and belief that positive change is possible. Therefore, I would be so honoured to support you in identifying your needs, goals, and taking these next steps with you. My goal is to build and maintain a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with you, so you can feel empowered and confident, in yourself and in your decision making.

I provide a comfortable and judgement-free space for you to be able to express yourself and grow. I work from a trauma-informed and person-centered lens so we can collaboratively work together and explore new and productive ways of coping, thinking, and communicating. While this process can be vulnerable and difficult at times, I also aim to bring in plenty of humour and laughter during our work together.

For more information on how I do individual or couple therapy, or if you have any questions, do not hesitate to book a free 15-minute phone consultation with me using the link on this page. You can also use the links on my page to book your first session with me. And even if you and I are not the right fit, I would be happy to help you in whatever way I can.
