I pride myself in offering clients an approach that is dedicated to understanding their goals through a collaborative counselling experience. My calm and gentle nature helps to establish feelings of safety that helps to facilitate a strong therapeutic connection with clients. Creating an environment of gentle curiosity, I invite clients to tell me about their world and experiences with an openness and willingness to be taught by my clients.  I believe that healing is possible for everyone and it is my joy to help a client unlock their full potential for happiness and health as defined by them.  It’s not about merely helping clients to survive the day to day but helping clients to thrive!

I’m always endeavouring to build a warm, judgment free and safe space for clients to express their true authentic selves.  My conversational tone helps to make the therapeutic process more comfortable and less intimidating.  Through our conversations together clients can focus on making the positive changes that they want to see.  I am trained in a variety of evidence based therapeutic models to best serve the client and their individual needs.  I always strive to maintain a neutral and impartial position in regards to couple and family counselling as I am not here to side with any one individual. Instead, my focus of couple and family therapy is to see the relationship as a whole improved. It is my sincere belief that growth and change is possible for everyone and I look forward to helping clients transform their lives.

For more information on my training and how I do individual, couple, or family therapy or how I can best serve you, feel free to contact me. If you have any questions, I would be more than happy to speak to you over the phone or via email. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I am happy to help you find the right therapist for you.
