About Megan

I often work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like themselves—sometimes in ways they understand, and sometimes not. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or relationship challenges, or going through a life transition. Some clients come in with strong insight, while others are just starting to make sense of things. Whether you are looking to process, gain clarity, or create change, therapy provides a space to better understand what’s going on and how to move forward in a way that aligns with you.

I take a relational, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to your needs, focusing on both understanding patterns and creating meaningful change. I am neurodiversity-affirming in my work, and I draw from evidence-based, neuroscience-informed approaches to support those facing anxiety, burnout, depression, emotional regulation and self-worth issues, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and more.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. Some people come in having done a lot of work on themselves, yet still feeling like something’s missing, while others aren’t sure where to begin. There is no right way to show up—we can figure it out together in a way that feels supportive and real. If you would like to chat further about how we might work together, you can book a free consultation (or a session) with me using the links on this page.

Megan’s Story

I’ve always been interested in understanding people, particularly why it can feel so hard to change even when we know what’s going on. Over time, I have noticed how many people come into therapy already self-aware, and yet they still feel stuck in the same patterns. This gap between insight and change is something I’ve focused on in my work.

My approach developed from wanting therapy to feel both useful and real. I integrate practical tools to help clients feel more grounded and regulated, while also exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how they think, feel, and respond. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I work collaboratively with each client to figure out what actually helps.

I intentionally create a space where clients can be honest and feel understood, and where they are not judged for where they’re at. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out; it’s a place to start making sense of things and begin shifting pieces in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

Therapy with Megan

Therapy with me is collaborative, active, and personalized to you. We’ll start by understanding what’s going on and what you want and need, then shape the work together from there, one step at a time. Some sessions may focus on tools, others on processing or clarity, but we will move at a pace that feels right for you, while working toward meaningful change in a way that fits you.
