About Sarah
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but creating space to understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns they want to change. Together, we explore the emotions, relationships, and experiences beneath those patterns so you can feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for exploring anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Drawing from humanistic, EFT, CBT, and DBT-informed approaches, I help you understand your patterns, connect with your emotions, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in. We can start wherever you are and work together at a pace that feels right for you. If you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
Therapy with Sarah
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and paced around what you need. We will explore what brings you to therapy, the patterns and emotions underneath your concerns, and what you hope to change. I will offer reflections, questions, and practical tools while leaving room for you to be the expert on your own experience.
Sarah’s Story
My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by living across four countries and navigating different cultures, communities, and ways of understanding the world. These experiences taught me that there is rarely only one way to see a person or their story. This deepened my curiosity about identity, belonging, relationships, and the ways our environments
shape us. This perspective continues to guide how I practice therapy: with openness, compassion, and genuine curiosity about each person’s unique experience.
